On Site Support

If you need a support technician to visit please request this through our support team.

Site visits are charged at $115.00 per hour for time on site (1 hour minimum charge) plus a mileage charge of $1.50 per km (each way) from the technicians base to your address.

We will often combine your visit with other support calls in your area and charge mileage charges on a shared basis, although this reduces mileage costs, delay time before visiting is increased. Our aim for support calls with shared mileage is to complete all calls within 10 days of your support visit request.
